Pastor Shackelford is an anointed dedicated minister of God. She has completed undergrad, grad and post grad work. Her latest achievement was receiving recognition in Biblical Counseling from Justice Fellowship International. After entering ministry, she later relocated to North Carolina in 1984 to assist former Pastor C. Perry.
She was made Pastor in 1985 while Pastor Perry was establishing ministry in other states. She fulfilled the seat of the Pastor of New Jerusalem Church throughout her ministry. She also sits in the seat of the Prophetess of the Unity of Faith Federation. God has endowed her with a word of wisdom, word of knowledge, spirit of discernment, ministry of helps, and gift of healing. She is the wisdom of God in the Earth. Bringing balance to the revelations revealed in the Federation. She has proven herself in all aspects of ministry preferring others before herself.
